Manette Kuhlman: The Essence of Watercolors by Manette

Hi my name is Manette Kuhlman at present I am 70 years young. I love life and all that God has designed for us to enjoy. I have always been exposed to creativity and beautiful things because my mother was a wonderful artist. Until recently I have not had the time to enjoy the gifts God has given me. I was busy raising three children, 4 foster children and caring for many other kids who just needed a helping hand.

Embracing Creativity: A Grandmother's Journey into Watercolor

Now I am a grandmother with 6 wonderful, beautiful and creative grandchildren who I love spending time with and enjoying their company. But about a year and a half ago I decided to try my hand at watercolor since it always fascinated me but eluded any knowledge I had at the time. So now not having to prove myself to anyone I gave it a go, and have not looked back.

Nature's Inspiration: A Journey Through Art and Love

I am blessed with a wonderful and supportive husband of 47 years who allows me to follow my heart, dream big, and encourages me in all my endeavors. I have always loved the outdoors and especially all creatures great and small but birds fascinate me and I love to watch and be inspired by them. So as you look at my work I hope you allow yourself to be swept away as I am by their sheer beauty and elegance.
